Dien Chan is a recognized form of healthcare in Vietnam. This practice embodies prevention, treatment, body awareness, emotional awareness and a spiritual realization of all interconnectedness.
During our 90 minutes together, we will honor the modality creator and connection to Traditional Chinese Medicine. The guided treatment portion will be focusing on immune boosting by supporting the Lymphatic system, showing natural anti-biotic points, strengthening gut health and stress reduction.
The tools used for this practice are handmade in Vietnam and honor the ancient truths of Yin and yang, offering the deepest benefit. If you have a detector tool already or not available to purchase one at this time-you can utilize your hands and or any team that has a rounded tip-ie. a makeup brush.
You will leave the session feeling empowered, relaxed and with a regimen to continue on for 21 days followed by 7 days of rest+ integration. The body is wise and will use what it needs from the practice.
