Combat winter dryness, stress, tiredness and cold while honoring coziness, hibernation, inquiry and a need to rest.

In our 90 minutes together, we will do an awareness practice to discover where we are holding tensions within our face and neck. We will then release these with self massage. Facial reflexology and Vietnamese massage will be used to warm the physical and energetic bodies. We will use specific points for stress reduction and clearing the mind in these busy and interesting times.

You will leave glowing, tension free and in rest + digest ready for a cup of warm tea and a blanket.
